I am already fully aware of the situation and I feel an explanation is due to you as well, even though I believe you will think it of little consequence.
The ship you attempted to seize (the Buck Shot FG) was formerly held by the pirates Steve and Railroad (Now going by the names Alpex and Final Hope), both former members of my faction who were fired for crimes against the CS community and ourselves, including once against your faction I believe, so you may wish to look into that. The ships were originally seized off of them in order to pay back the various factions for their crimes (which involved things like seizing SBs, CSs, various ships, goods in SBs, general piracy and of course idiocy), however, as all the stolen goods were returned to the captains after I seized them as well their personal ships remain in my custody as per NSA policy on the treatment of enemies.
I'm not sure if you or the CMF have some form of ethics policy regarding the contracts you accept but if so you may find this useful to know.
